We worked with Ken Joyce at Little Yachts. We have met him a boat show. Our anxiety was high. We were buying our first boat. Our time was limited because of work commitments. Ken was informative and he inspired trust. We decided to buy a boat sight-unseen (like buying online!) and ship the boat to our home — halfway across the country. Friends said we were crazy to buy without first seeing a boat. But we are so pleased with our boat. It brings us peace and joy. Ken and Little Yachts provided value and a predictable experience.
