Kent:I wanted to let you know how I appreciate the way Josh helped keep the issues that came up with our Catalina in proper perspective to the new owners. Any one of them might have been enough for them to have had concerns and lose interest. Josh also kept them going on a schedule for a prompt closing. I know that you played a major role in all of this too, but I wanted to recognize Josh’s many helpful contributions in this. As they say, success has many fathers.
