Just a quick note and thank you. I recently experienced the “fools rush in where angels fear to tread” old saying as I bought one of your listings site unseen from afar up here in Connecticut. The boat in question was a Morris Linda, originally designed to sail in Long Island sound and local environs and now needing some love and attention to bring her back to her former glory.

Through the process, the broker, Josh Johnson was a steady calming voice and
helped facilitate all the players, as I envisioned from afar everything
that could go wrong on my foolish quest.

Well with the boat now safely at my local yard before the snows settle in and the boat starts a winter long refit, It seems there must have been some angels at work after all. While I’m sure Josh got sick of my constant calls and messages, without him I wouldn’t have the best Christmas present ever!
