I have admired the Catalina 310 for years so when it was time for my wife and I to buy a sail boat we went looking for a 310. I called Josh to ask about the only one in this part of the country. My wife and I own a real-estate office and were surprised at how much similarity there is between buying a boat and buying a house. Anyway I just wanted to let you know that Josh has been a huge help for us through the buying and to my pleasant surprise after the sale too. We have had a thousand questions and Josh has been providing us with much needed information and also services in the area. We have decided to stay in Kemah for a while so we can continue to use Josh’s expertise. It has taken a lot of the worry out of buying this boat having Josh available to help us.
