2 Old 2 Fly, a 1993 Ocean 44 Motor Yacht, is notable for her innovative three-stateroom interior. Most motor yachts in this size range have two-stateroom floorplans with the galley down. The Ocean 44, however, boasts three staterooms—each with a double berth—in a very unusual configuration. While the fore and aft staterooms are fairly typical in layout, the starboard guest stateroom is very unique in that it extends beneath the main salon dinette. Indeed, this second guest cabin is considerably larger than it appears at first glance. The galley is on the deckhouse level in this layout, and both heads are fitted with stall showers. Topside, the full-width aft deck comes with a wet bar and wing doors, and the flybridge is arranged with the helm forward and lounge seating for six. Additional standard features included a radar arch, built-in washer/dryer, bow pulpit and swim platform. Built on a low-deadrise, modified-V hull, she is equipped the optional 485hp 6-71T diesels.

This yacht was berthed in Punta Gorda, Florida at a well protected known insurance recognized hurricane hole marina. She did have cosmetic damage from Hurricane Ian in late 2022 but rode the storm in her slip well. After the storm she transited from Punta Gorda, Florida to Saint Petersburg, Florida on her on bottom for repairs. A complete list of repairs is available for serious inquiries.

She is currently on our land display at Little Yacht Sales on Salt Creek in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
