Gracie is the most customized Beneteau Sense 55 ever built. With her Bow and Stern Thruster and new North Sails Roller Furling Main and Genoa, and the Doyle roller furling Staysail and Code 0 reacher, this boat is fast. She can be easily sailed and docked single handedly, by a knowledgeable sailor or couple. Some of the custom upgrades Include: Flag blue Awlgrip paint, Stern Thruster, water maker, extensive electrical equipment upgrades, full size custom cabinets in the forward stateroom. Offshore upgrades include an Inner forestay with a self-tacking Doyle roller furling staysail, a Doyle “screecher” Code 0 headsail, 8 person Viking life raft, Epirb, Jack lines, Life vest harnesses with tethers, Emergency steering drogue and much more. There are also extensive tools and spares onboard. A 9’ light weight AB inflatable with a 9.9HP Yamaha outboard motor is also included.

The Sense 55 has a racy/performance look, with a hard-chined hull form that lessens the heel to 15 degrees, for more comfortable sailing. She has a transom that opens for optimum access to the water and her huge cockpit is ideal for entertaining a group of friends. The gently sloping, 45 degree companionway ladder is just three steps down to the open layout salon/galley area so people below and people in the cockpit feel connected.  Large windows in the hull and deck and bright bulkhead coverings make this interior connected to the outside. Three double staterooms and three heads and showers add to the accommodations below.
